At Studio Duality, we take great pride in offering high-quality, limited-edition fine art. Each piece is crafted with precision and care. However, if you need to return a product, please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions
Unopened & Unused Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, free from damage or signs of wear.
Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, the Certificate of Authenticity, and any accompanying materials.
Limited Edition Prints: Due to the exclusive nature of limited edition artworks, custom and numbered prints are non-refundable. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us to discuss a resolution.
Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@studioduality.com.
- Provide the following details:
- Your name and order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item (if reporting damage).
- We will review your request and provide further instructions for the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Important: Limited Edition Prints that are returned in a damaged condition due to improper handling or repackaging will not be eligible for a refund.
